The Shafallah provides comprehensive services and care to individuals with developmental learning challenges located in West bay area. The Site consists of a total of 22 buildings, Air conditioned with more than 30 Air Handling Units, 220 VAV, Chilled Water Plant and several set of pumps for cold water, hot water, soft water and Fire. All  Individual building controls interlinked to a central building where installed the Satchwell  Micronet  BMS station was commissioned
