The Centralized Office Complex in the town center will provide space for MIC’s office as well as QP Engineering, QP Refinery & QP Operations. These four building and service building project is compose of 7 Chillers, 7 Primary CHW Pumps and 2 VFD Operated Secondary CHW pumps. The ventilation side of the project compose of 41 Air Handling Units, 127 FCU, 928 VAV and 32 Ex. Fan/SPF. TAC – IA Series BMS work station controlled all individual equipments.
