Lusail Visitor Center is a commercial building where the perspective of the new waterfront city being built in Qatar that is intended to be the biggest domestic real estate development in the country is displayed inside this commercial building. It will cover an area of 35 million square meters (377 million square feet) and be located north of Qatar’s capital city of Doha, next to The Pearl-Qatar. 2-story commercial building that all HVAC systems and third party equipments will have a centralized control that will operate based on time schedules.

The building consists of 17 Air Handling Units, 6 Ex.Fan/Smoke Fan, Chilled Water System and more. TAC – IA Series BMS work station controlled all individual equipments.
